House of Ruhr – purveyors of fine crafted small batch German gin, spirits and liqueurs – will also be joining us on the day with samples of products and available for sale. Their distillery is located in Wanne-Eickel, in the Ruhr Valley in Germany. All of our products are hand crafted in the distillery with heritage dating back to 1889. They are unique to The House Of Ruhr.

Appearing on stage , radio and TV and at food festivals nationwide. Chef Philip Leverington ‘@thedemochef’, is a ‘seasoned’ presenter and chef demonstrator who works closely with local independent micro-producers to create tasty, easy to repeat, no nonsense dishes in front of a live audience.
One Knife One Pan One Dish is a simple, easy to learn recipe to cook a tasty plate of food in just 10 minutes…. Of course you can do it! This fun concept has been developed to appeal to the novice as well as more experienced home cook.
Sourcing ingredients from local suppliers or festival producers on the day, prepping and cooking from scratch whilst having a bit of a chat, the sessions have a relaxed, ‘keep it simple’ approach using just one knife and one pan to create a tasty dish in front of a live audience in just 10 minutes…
