COVID-19 – IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION *UPDATED*

In line with the updated government guidelines, the Haus12 showroom is now closed to the public until further notice. Staff continue to work from home and can be contacted via email – hello@haus12.co.uk.

In light of the recent COVID19 developments, we want to assure our customers that Haus12 are following Public Health England guidelines and taking precautions to keep our customers and staff safe and healthy.

Haus12 remains open for business, but we are reducing risk to all by implementing a “locked door” and visitor by appointment only policy at our showroom. Staff will work from home except for pre-arranged customer meetings or showroom visits.

For existing customers, we will continue to be available via telephone and email. If you are a prospective customer, we can arrange a showroom appointment.  If you have architects plans please email them to hello@haus12.co.uk.  We can liaise online initially, before presenting our designs and quotes to you at our showroom.

We wish to reassure you that we are taking every possible step to minimise the risk of infection, in the showroom, including the implementation of rigorous and regular cleaning regimes. We have also adopted a non-contact approach for greetings for staff and visitors.

In accordance with government guidelines we would ask that you do not visit the showroom if you’re:

  • feeling ill or showing any signs of a fever, cold or cough;
  • have recently returned from an affected area
