The kitchen is amazing
From the outset, John at Haus12 was interested in our needs and immediately began making suggestions. He really took his time to learn about us, our lifestyle and (importantly) our expectations. From initial discussions to choosing materials, to the draft design and a visit to the worktop factory, Haus12 made the experience interesting and enjoyable.
We’ve turned our drab and dark kitchen and utility room into a light and artful place, with a large utility room and new downstairs loo. In terms of the work, John’s team started on time and have kept to schedule throughout. They have all been friendly, professional and thoughtful. John himself has kept in regular contact by email, telephone and personal visits and he is very involved in every detail.
The kitchen is amazing – we never dreamed it would turn out so well, and we’re now looking to get John and the Haus12 team back to do our bathrooms!
